12:00pm: Brunch

1:00pm to 4:00pm - free time, wild swimming, sauna, paddle boarding

4:00pm: Light bites

5:00pm: Qi Gong and breath work 

6:30pm: Dinner

8:00pm - Floating Sound Bath

Sunday 

7:30am to 9:00am: Teas, Coffees and light snacks

10:00am: Rise & Shine gentle movement

12.30pm: Regroup & Goodbyes
