"Helping people move and feel better since 2007."
Lucy is the founder of Wye Valley Wellness and an Advanced Massage Therapist based at the Wye Valley Wellness Centre in Tintern, South Wales. She is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space, supporting people of all ages and backgrounds on their journey toward better health and wellbeing.
She offers treatment for a wide range of conditions and provides free assessment consultations, working with clients across all stages of life.
Alongside hands-on therapy, Lucy also teaches wellbeing courses designed to empower individuals with tools to improve their own physical and emotional health.
After completing an Honours Degree in Sociology, Lucy worked in the Disability and Education sectors before pursuing a two-year Advanced Massage Diploma at the Maitri Foundation of Cranial Sacral Therapy in 2007. This in-depth training covered anatomy, physiology, and pathology, equipping her with the expertise to treat a wide range of conditions through massage.
Since then, she has expanded her practice with certifications in Myofascial Cupping Therapy, Reflexology, and medical training as a Rock Doc, which has enabled her to work as a medical practitioner at prestigious sporting events across the UK.
Her approach blends technical skill with compassion and collaboration. Each consultation includes a posture, mobility, and medical history assessment, followed by a treatment plan tailored to the client’s individual needs.
Lucy is committed to lifelong learning, staying up to date with the latest research and techniques to ensure she offers the highest standard of care. Above all, her mission is simple: to help people move better, feel better, and reconnect with their sense of wellbeing.

"Helping people move freely, recover fully, and live without limits."
Ben is the founder of Tintern Chiropractic and a highly experienced Chiropractor who graduated with distinction from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic (WIOC). He has built his career around one clear mission: delivering evidence-based, personalised chiropractic care that helps people not only recover from pain, but also return to doing what they love.
Having worked at two busy clinics in South Wales and England before opening Tintern Chiropractic, Ben has supported patients from all walks of life, from professional athletes managing sports injuries, to parents with postural strain, to retirees living with arthritis or disc issues. His approach is always the same: listen first, understand fully, and then design a treatment plan tailored to each individual.

Philip Lovemore Mrss
(He/Him)
Shiatsu Practitioner
“Relational, responsive care that meets you where you are”
Trained at the Bristol School of Shiatsu, where he later supported students as a teaching assistant, Philip brings over two decades of experience. His background includes touch-based care, counselling, coaching, mediation, conflict transformation, and years supporting children with special needs, work that taught him the value of presence, patience, and trust. Shiatsu with Philip is collaborative, never one-size-fits-all. Sessions begin by listening to what’s happening in your life and how it shows up in your body, then are tailored to what you need, deep rest and replenishment, or steadiness, clarity, and motivation during change. Through gentle, attentive touch and meridian-based techniques, he aims to ease tension, calm the nervous system, and restore vitality. As holding softens and depleted places strengthen, clients often leave feeling grounded, spacious, and better able to meet what life asks. Philip’s approach is grounded in the relational ethos at the heart of Bristol’s training, responsive and respectful, oriented toward autonomy and resilience. He works with the whole person, body, mind, and emotion, honouring the stories that live in our tissues and meeting them with care. If you’d like to talk things through or book a session, he’d love to hear from you. You can reach him at palovemore@gmail.com
