This intimate evening retreat is set in the heart of nature at Duckling Barn, St Briavels, where you’ll be guided through a journey of mindful connection, creativity, and celebration.

Together, we bring years of experience in wellness and hospitality, curating events that blend mindful practice, nourishing food, and the restorative power of nature.

Rag

An award-winning chef and founder of The Preservation Society and The Cookalong Clwb, celebrated for her creative approach to seasonal cooking. Rag will guide you through hands-on feast-making workshops, sharing tips and techniques to create dishes that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

Lucy

An experienced wellbeing practitioner and founder of Wye Valley Wellness. Lucy will lead mindful movement, guided reflection, and wellbeing practices, helping you to slow down, ground yourself, and feel fully present.

    A lighter gathering with somatic movement and a hearty seasonal brunch made by Rag.

  • Feast & Flourish Day Retreat

    A full-day retreat with workshops, shared feasting, and the option to glamp or camp overnight.

FAQs

  • This retreat is designed for adults, but young people aged 16+ are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian. Both will need their own ticket.

  • We’ll happily cater for all allergies and dietary requirements. Just let us know when you book so we can make sure you’re fully looked after.

  • Simply wear something comfortable that allows you to move with ease. We also recommend bringing a few extra layers in case the evening turns cooler.
